TECHNICIAN 

SeaGlass Cleaning Services, LLC is a small business locally owned and operated in Kitsap County. We are a small team committed to unparalleled service and the wellbeing of our clients and employees.  We treat each client with respect and professionalism and we leave every property better than we found it. We’re looking for a part-time technician to join the team!

What we’re offering  

  • Part-time W2 position with the possibility of full-time work in the future

  • $25-$30/hr, depending on experience

  • Profit sharing after 6 months of employment and bonus pay for work well done (at owner’s discretion and dependent on continued success of the business)

  • $20 bonus for each reference on 5-star review

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Clean interior and exterior windows using both traditional (squeegee + ladder) and water-fed pole methods

  • Clean debris off roofs using 25 lb backpack blower

  • Clean gutters and apply moss treatments using proper safety protocols

  • Maintain high level of safety and quality of service while on ladders

  • Learn new skills as needed

Who we’re looking for

  • Trustworthy and honest

  • Friendly, professional, and motivated

  • 1+ year experience in related industry (especially those involving roof and ladder work)

  • Comfortable with heights and working outside in all kinds of weather

  • Preferred candidates have experience with traditional and/or water-fed pole window cleaning methods

Requirements

  • 18+ years old

  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation (we’ll provide the work van, but you’ll need a reliable way to get to the main office each morning)

  • Pass a background check

  • Legally able to work in the US

  • Fluent in English
